Want to see some cool things that you can do with AIR? If so come to my presentation at MAX next week. Here's a bit of detail that I hope peaks your interest.

First, the "official" description:

Adobe AIR++
Explore new techniques in Adobe AIR development. This session will explore pushing the limits of the AIR experience, including integration of web and desktop experiences to provide a software platform instead of "just an application." It will also explore hardware integration techniques to provide additional capabilities to the AIR platform.

What you can expect in this session is to see how to take advantage of AIR to create applications that seamlessly work together to bridge the desktop and web experience. And code too!

It will also cover some hardware integration techniques that will demonstrate how to extend what AIR is capable of. I like to think of the main theme as "pushing the envelope".
