Cynergy Systems and Over-C Launch Over-C.Net at IFSEC
May 8, 2006, Birmingham, UK – Cynergy Systems and Over-C, Ltd officially announced today the upcoming release of the Over-C.Net security guard management platform at IFSEC, Europe's largest annual security conference. Over-C.Net is a state of the art, enterprise class Rich Internet Application built by Cynergy using Adobe Flex 2.0 and the Cynergy Calypso framework. Over-C.Net brings together a broad list of enterprise integrations and product features to create a suite of applications that manage the complete end-to-end needs of the the security guard industry. Combining and leveraging technologies including IVR, SMS, SOAP Services and an incredibly rich user experiece, Cynergy was able to develop an always available, always secure web-based solution that includes:
- Real time guard monitoring and tracking using customized Nokia mobile devices with embedded RFID readers
- Guard inventory management and scheduling integrated with realtime guard monitoring
- Guard performance tracking allowing guards to sign in by voice, SMS and voice response systems
- Powerful CRM module enabling the company to track, manage and invoice customers from real-time data
